As a Cabin Cleaning Supervisor, you will oversee a cabin support team and ensure that all activities inside the aircraft are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to Etihad and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities for Etihad Cabin Cleaning Supervisor Job
The Cabin Cleaning Supervisor will:
● Receive and respond to operational enquiries and provide first-level solutions within established guidelines.
● Review workload and priorities, assigning tasks to team members to ensure timely completion.
● Maintain strong focus on on-time performance to support smooth flight operations.
● Inspect and verify equipment condition and readiness before every operation.
● Conduct final checks and verify aircraft cabin readiness before handover.
● Secure approval for changes to work plans and notify relevant team members.
● Provide on-the-job training and guidance to cabin cleaning staff.
● Prepare daily and routine operational reports.
● Use internal software and digital systems to manage tasks and record activity.
● Suggest improvements in workflow, safety, and service quality.
● Support administrative and related operational duties as required.
Education & Experience Etihad Cabin Cleaning Supervisor Job
Applicants must meet one of the following:
● High School Diploma with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, OR
● Bachelor’s Degree with 1 year of relevant experience
Strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to manage busy operational environments are essential.
