1. Front Office Department:
The candidate should have a degree or diploma in Hotel Management with at least 1-2 years of experience working in a similar role in a 4 or 5-star hotel. He/she should have excellent communication and customer service skills.
2. Hr & Training Department:
The candidate should have a degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field with at least 1- 2 years of experience working in a similar role. He/she should be well-versed in UAE labor laws and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Finance Department:
The candidate should have a degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with at least 1 – 2 years of experience working in a similar role. He/she should be well-versed in accounting software and have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Housekeeping Department:
The candidate should have a degree or diploma in Hotel Management with at least 1- 2 years of experience working in a similar role. He/she should be familiar with all aspects of housekeeping operations and have excellent time management skills.
5. F&B Department:
The candidate should have a degree or diploma in Culinary Arts, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field with at least 1-2 years of experience working in a similar role. He/she should have excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food & beverage trends.
6. Engineering Department:
The engineering department is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all aspects of the hotel property. They work closely with other departments to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and that any repairs are made in a timely manner. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is typically required
7. Other Department
The qualifications required for other departments will vary depending on the position. For example, a human resources manager may be required to have a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, while a sales manager may only need experience in sales.
