Required Qualifications
Work Experience: Minimum 5+ years of GCC experience with high-rise buildings (45 Floors & above)/ Luxury Villa/ Mansion/Palace projects.
Electrician:
Must have a valid UAE trade license and experience in wiring, installations, and maintenance of electrical systems.
Ductman:
Must have a valid UAE trade license and experience in installation and maintenance of air ducts and ventilation systems.
Plumbers:
Must have a valid UAE trade license and experience in plumbing, installations, and repairs. Candidate should also be knowledgeable in using various tools and equipment.
MEP Engineer:
must have a Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 5 years of experience working on construction projects in the UAE. The candidate should also have good knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera, etc.
Electrical Supervisor:
must have a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering with 5-10 years of experience supervising electrical work on construction sites. The candidate should also be knowledgeable of latest safety regulations related to electrical work.
Mechanical Supervisor:
must have a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5-10 years of experience supervising mechanical
