Required Qualification for Sobha Constructions Dubai Jobs

FOREMAN

1. Plan, manage, control, and utilise the manpower, machineries, materials and other resources including sub-contractors to achieve the required targets.
2. To prepare daily progress reports, ensure daily progress are being achieved and raise concerns to the engineer.
3. To execute the works with proper quality and standards as per HSSE and local authority standards.
4. Must be experienced in all deep services including sewerage, storm water.
5. Must be experienced in all shallow services like Firefighting, Irrigation, Telecom, DEWA-Potable water, DEWA-Electricity, Sewage and storm water services.
6. Must be experienced in the construction of deep manholes, benching, GRP lamination works etc.
7.  3 years of work experience in Infrastructure division is mandatory.
8. At least 2 years of experience in the UAE is preferred.
9. Bilingual ability would be an added advantage.
10. Must be experienced in general Infrastructure ancillary works like footpath, kerbstone etc.

STOREKEEPER

1. • Awareness and knowledge about all infrastructure Construction material.
2. Creating purchase orders, managing approvals, taking delivery of incoming materials, tracking documenting and resolving any discrepancies on received orders.
3. Ensuring accuracy of the inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, Transfer and returns.
4. Manage inventory/supplies and ensure they are within the es- tablished minimum and maximum levels.
5. Responsible for stock rotation, coordination for disposal of sur- plus, and shipping cancelled or damaged items back to suppliers as appropriate.
6. Custodian for all assets.
7. Graduation in any stream is mandatory.
8. 3 to 5 years of work experience in the Infrastructure division is mandatory.
9. At least 3 years of experience in the UAE is preferred.
10. Bilingual ability would be an added advantage.
11. Experience in ERP software is preferred.
