Required Qualifications
1. A minimum of 1 year in a similar role is required for the commis chef position.
2. Baristas should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced environment and must be able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
3. The supervisor role requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or management position within the food & beverage industry.
4. For the CDP role, candidates must have at least 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen with at least 2 years’ experience as a commis chef or equivalent position.
5. Commis chefs applying for this position must have completed a professional cooking program from an accredited institution and should have at least 6 months’ relevant work experience.
6. Barista applicants must have successfully completed a barista training program from an accredited institution and should have at least 6 months’ relevant work experience.
