Required Qualifications for Morganti Gcc Job Vacancy for Maintenance Manager
• Engineering Degree (Electrical or Mechanical) with minimum 12 years’ experience in a Facilities Maintenance, out of which a minimum of 5 years of Managerial and Supervision Role.
• Team Player
• Fluent in English and Arabic Languages
• Manages all engineering/maintenance operations for All Sites, including maintaining the building, grounds and physical plant with particular attention towards safety, security and asset protection.
• Ensures regulatory compliance to facility regulations and safety standards.
• Manages, controls heat, light and power and recommends current best methods
for energy conservation and economical facility operations.
• Develops specifications and requirements for service contracts and administers such contracts to support building needs, and prepares Tender Documents.
• Reviews current PPM schedules and provide improvements and monitors
timeliness and quality of completion.
•Manages, oversees the performance, mentors and provides guidance to the MEP Sites’ Engineers, Schedules meetings with Sites’ MEP Engineers on a weekly basis, submit reports with recommendation
• Reviews and approves all technical reports • Reviews and approves all purchase requests and transmittals
• Prepares yearly and long-term budgets for All Sites in collaboration with the MEP Site Engineers
