Basic Qualifications
Interested and qualified applicants for this challenging opportunities should have the following qualifications:
Sales Executive – Homepro
- Bachelor/Master Degree from a recognized institute/university is a must.
- Relevant profession or industry experience required.
Skills/Competencies/ Experience
- Must have 3 to 6 years of facilities management industry experience in UAE.
- Experience with high profile clients for B2B/B2C and AMC of Luxury Villas and
Apartments. - Manages, coordinates, and executes sales.
- Maintaining client relationships and manage sales strategy.
- Develops and manages sales pipelines with prospective clients.
- Serve as client liaison to ensure timely response to customer needs.
- Must possess UAE driving license
Sales Executive
- Able to generate sales orders.
- Prepare for AMC/Projects/Fit Out contracts and liaising with the Clients.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant sales experience preferably in Fire and Safety Services Industry.
- B. Tech/BE/MBA/BBA from a recognized institute.
- Should possess knowledge as per Civil Defense guidelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to apply engineering, technology, or other related principles to product sales
- Good sales and customer service skills with a proven ability to explain technical products to non-technical audiences
- UAE driving license required.
Senior Sales Engineer
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant sales experience preferably in the Fire and Safety Services
- Industry. Possess through knowledge to prepare for AMC/Project Sales contracts and liaising with the
Clients. - Bachelor degree in Engineering (Electrical) from a recognized institute.
- Should possess knowledge as per Civil Defense guidelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to apply engineering, technology, or other related principles to product sales
- Good sales and customer service skills with a proven ability to explain technical products to non-technical audiences
- UAE driving license required.
