Required Qualification
1. Bms Operator:
must have a minimum of 3 years experience in building management systems and a valid UAE driving license.
2. Supervisor Civil:
must have a degree in civil engineering and a minimum of 3 years experience in construction projects.
3. Smart TV Technician:
must have a minimum of 3 years experience in repairing and installing smart TVs and a valid UAE driving license.
4. Swimming Pool Technician:
must have a minimum of 3 years experience in repairing and maintaining swimming pools and a valid UAE driving license.
5. Technician Electrical (Low Voltage Systems):
must have a diploma or degree in electrical engineering and at least 3 years experience working with low voltage systems.
6. Technician Electrical:
must have a diploma or degree in electrical engineering and at least 3 years experience working with electrical equipment.
7. Lift Technician:
must have a diploma or degree in mechanical engineering and at least 3 years experience working with lifts/elevators
8. Kitchen / Laundry Equipment Technician:
The ideal candidate should have experience in repairing and maintaining all types of kitchen and laundry equipment. They should be able to troubleshoot and repair problems quickly and efficiently.
9. Plumber:
The ideal candidate for this position should have experience in all aspects of plumbing. They should be able to install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing equipment. They should also be familiar with local building codes and regulations
