-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
-2+ years of experience as a project engineer on major construction projects
-Experience with pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases
-Experience with both new construction and renovation projects
-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
2 Site Foreman:
-2+ years of experience as a site foreman on major construction projects
-Experience with both new construction and renovation projects
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
3 Production Incharge:
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field
-2+ years of experience in production management role for a manufacturing company -Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and techniques
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to lead and motivate team members
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
4 Estimator:
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
-2+ years of experience working as an estimator on major construction projects
-Experience with both new construction and renovation projects -Strong mathematical skills -Excellent communication and negotiation
