Job Purpose
With over 40 years of global trading experience, SkyCargo connects people and businesses worldwide.
In this role, you will work in a contact center environment, providing high-quality customer service while selling Emirates products such as air tickets, cargo solutions, and value-added services. The focus is on enhancing customer experience and increasing company revenue.
Key Responsibilities

Provide the highest standard of customer service to Emirates customers
-
Assist customers with Emirates tariff fares, cargo services, and ticketing
-
Issue Emirates tickets by following airline rules and regulations
-
Inform customers about passport, visa, health, check-in, and travel requirements
-
Promote and sell Skywards membership, Dubai stopovers, hotel bookings, upgraded fares
-
Respond to customer and agent queries related to cargo import and export
-
Follow up on quotations to increase cargo tonnage and maximize revenue
-
Maintain proper ticketing documentation and sales records
-
Support the team leader with end-of-day sales and banking activities
-
Build long-term customer relationships for repeat business
Required Qualifications
-
10 years schooling or equivalent
-
Excellent interpersonal, telephone, and customer service skills
-
Ability to work in a busy sales team environment

Basic computer knowledge:
-
Microsoft Word
-
Microsoft Excel
-
Email handling
-

Knowledge of contact center or airline industry procedures (preferred)

Familiarity with Standard fares & ticketing systems, Skywards, MARS (advantage)

Ability to read, write, and speak Arabic is an added advantage
