Clerk Jobs – Recruitment – 2021 – Selection Procedure

Candidates must request a confirmation for writing the review via their One Time Registration Profile if a written/OMR/Online Test is performed as part of this selection. In the last 15 days before the test, such candidates will produce and download their own Admission Tickets.

Candidates whose applications are not confirmed within the specified time frame will be automatically denied. The deadlines for submitting confirmations and the availability of Admission Tickets will be announced in the Examination Calendar. Before applying for the role, candidates must complete a ‘ONE TIME REGISTRATION’ on the Kerala Public Service Commission’s official website,

Candidates who have already registered will apply by logging in with their User-ID and password to their profile.

To apply for a position, candidates must click the ‘Apply Now’ button on the respective post in the Notification Link. The photo you upload must have been taken after December 31, 2010.

At the bottom of the page, the candidate’s name and the date of the photograph should be legibly written. The photograph will be accurate for ten years from the date of uploading if it meets any of the criteria. There are no other changes to the guidelines for uploading images.

There is no application charge. Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of their personal details as well as the confidentiality of their passwords. Candidates must ensure that the information in their profile is accurate before submitting their application on the profile. For more contact with the Commission, they must use the User-ID.

The application that has been submitted is provisional and cannot be withdrawn or changed after it has been submitted. It is recommended that candidates print or save a soft copy of their online application for future reference. Candidates can print their application by going to their profile and clicking on the link “My applications.”

The printout of the application should be attached to all communications with the Commission about the application. If non-compliance with the notice is discovered during processing, the application will be summarily rejected.
