Candidates must have been born between the dates of 02.01.1985 and 01.01.2003 (both dates included) to be considered for this role. Candidates from Other Backward Communities and SC/ST are eligible for the normal age relaxation.

Education Qualification Plus two or an equivalent qualification is required.

DCA obtained after completing a minimum 3-month course of study at a government-approved university.

Candidates who demand an equivalent qualification instead of the one mentioned in the notification must present the relevant Government Order at the time of verification to prove the equivalency, and only that qualification will be considered equivalent to the prescribed qualification.

If the candidate’s original caste/community claimed in the application differs from that entered in the SSLC book, he or she must present a Gazette notification along with a Non Creamy Layer Certificate/Community Certificate at the time of certificate verification.

 

Instruction to Candidates

  • The above-mentioned opening has now become accessible. The Commission’s list of selected candidates published in accordance with this Notification shall be valid for a minimum of one year and a maximum of three years, provided that the list will not be valid if a new Ranked List is published after the minimum duration of one year has expired. Candidates will be advised against the vacancy mentioned above, as well as any other vacancies recorded during the Ranked list’s validity span.
  • If it is later discovered that the advice for appointment of any nominee to the above post was given in error, the Kerala Public Service Commission has the authority to cancel the advice. The appointing authority shall terminate the candidate’s service upon such cancellation, provided that the cancellation of the Commission’s advice for selection and subsequent termination of the candidate’s service by the appointing authority occur within the duration of probation or 240 days from the date of joining duty, whichever comes first.
  • According to G.O.(P) No.01/2013/SJD dated 03.01.2013, 3% of vacancies shall be reserved for appointment of Differently Abled Persons with Locomotor Disability/ Cerebral Palsy, Hearing Impairment, and Low Vision.
How to Apply
  • Before applying for the role, candidates must complete a ONE TIME REGISTRATION on the Kerala Public Service Commission’s official website, www.keralapsc.gov.in. Candidates who have already registered will apply by entering their User-ID and Password into their profile. To apply for a position, candidates must click the ‘Apply Now’ button on the respective post in the Notification Link. The photo should have been taken after December 31, 2011. At the bottom of the page, the candidate’s name and the date of the photograph should be legibly written.
  • The photograph will be accurate for ten years from the date of uploading if it meets any of the criteria. There are no other changes to the guidelines for uploading images. There is no application charge. Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of their personal details as well as the confidentiality of their passwords. Candidates must ensure that the information in their profile is accurate before submitting their application on the profile. For more contact with the Commission, they must use the User-ID. The application that has been submitted is provisional and cannot be withdrawn or changed after it has been submitted.
  • It is recommended that candidates print or save a soft copy of their online application for future reference. Candidates can print their application by going to their profile and clicking on the ‘My applications’ connection. Both communications with the Commission about the application should include a printout of the application. If noncompliance with the notice is discovered during processing, the application will be summarily rejected. Original documents proving qualification, experience, age, community, and other factors must be generated as required.
