GDMMF Ltd – Amul Recruitment – 2021 – Roles & Responsibilities

The person will be responsible for Branch Accounting functions. The major responsibilities includes :

• ensuring maintenance of Books of accounts including finance management and Assets Accounting,
• ensuring implementation of standard procedures relating to arrival of stock,
  maintenance of stock,
• physical verification of stock and Reconciliation with Book Stock
• Invoicing
• Vendor/Supplier Ledger Reconciliation
• Balance Reconciliation Between Offices
• ensuring that all regulatory requirements, such as service tax and GST reporting, are met.
• coordinating with internal auditors
• ensuring proper budget utilization, and so on
• Vendor/Supplier Ledger and Inter Office Balance Reconciliation
• Preparation of bill of lading for transporters
• journal vouchers and payments planning
• Other works relating to accounts
• Paying bills for employee tours and other expenses
