B2B Relationship Managers/Key Account Managers for across UAE operations, Will be responsible for managing Business customers as dedicated relationship manager and maintain a long-term relationship with key decision makers to retain and grow share of wallet monthly, quarterly and yearly within the assigned base of customers.

B2B Account management
- 360 degree account plan management to identify customer requirements across lifecycle.
- Take 100% ownership of end to end customer management.
- Track and monitor customer KYC and document requirements in alliance with regulatory compliance.
- Structured pipeline management and performance tracking with 100% e& product mapping to what customer is using and may need for their business growth and continuity.
- Daily sales call and customer visits to drive portfolio pipeline and sales closures.
