• 1+ year in customer service or a call center
• 10 years of formal education or its equivalent
• Outstanding communication, telephone, and customer service skills
• Able to function in a fast-paced sales atmosphere
• Computer skills, such as how to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and E-mail
• Familiarity with call center and airline industry practices and methodologies.
• Standard fares and ticketing programs, as well as the Skywards and MARS reservation systems
