Saudi Arabia is in desperate need of bus drivers after a recent surge in the number of pilgrims travelling to the kingdom for religious festivals.
The country’s Public Transport Authority said it was looking for 2,500 drivers to operate buses during the Umrah season, which peaks in the months of December and January.
With a dearth of qualified drivers, the authority has turned to social media and job websites to spread the word about the vacancies.
