1. Relationship Manager – Excellency
   

   Minimum Experience: 

   • At least 3 years of relationship management experience in the banking/financial services industry within a Wealth Management department.

   Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree

   Professional Qualifications: CISI / ICWM

    

2. Team Leader – Payments

   • At least 5 years’ banking experience in a centralized payments processing unit, including a minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing a team
   • Bachelor’s degree in commerce or finance
   • Proven understanding of Banking applications and production management
   • Sound experience in Operational risk management & Compliance FATCA/regulations in the UAE
   • Demonstrable analytical and problem solving skills

    

3. Portfolio Specialist-Cards

   • At least 5 years of relevant banking/financial services experience
   • In depth technical knowledge of consumer banking products and services
   • Numerical and financial analysis skills
   • Thorough knowledge of global financial markets and trends

4. Associate – Telemarketing Acquisition
   

   • Bachelor’s Degree
   • A minimum of 2 years’ experience within a Sales / Telesales Unit.
   • Banking / Financial institution experience is preferred
   • Strong communication and negotiation skills

    

5. Senior Relationship Officer

   Minimum Education Level:

   • Graduate

    

   Professional Qualification:

   • Experience in client contact environment
   • Well networked in SME Segment preferably in Healthcare and Education Segment
   • Sales experience
   • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    

   Experience:

   • Minimum 3 years of experience in the banking sector
   • Minimum 1 year in a similar role
   • Successful track record in sales
   • Sound knowledge of the local market
