• TSM (Toyota Service Management) FIR (Fix it Right) Monthly Evaluation for all Service Center and Implement the action plan
• Conduct Employee Workshop Satisfaction Survey as part of CDEA activity
• 5S & Safety Training for all Service technicians
• Standardize all the TSM FIR SOP and monitor the implementation (Appointment to Delivery)
• Standardize the signage at all service center
• Facility Layout (Staff Entrance and Reception)
• Support with Arabic Translation for all Document , Poster and Signage
• Evaluate each Service Touchpoints SOP (Appointment to Delivery)
• Promote Mechanical service center business enhancements activity
• TSM FIR sustainment evaluation and send the report to TMC With all the workshop KPI
• Promotes Operation Kaizen
• Promote Ergonomically Kaizen Tools at Service Networks
• Support Kaizen events and activities
